Welcome :)

Dear Reader,

japans most famous; most faithful; most loyal dog was bon on November 10, 1923. his story traveled all around the world, and touched the hearts of many people. when I first heard of hachiko I couldn't wait to watch the movie. his story took place in japan, he lived and died there. the reason hachi is a symbol for the American dream is because his whole life revolved around his owner, the professor. the day the professor died hachi's life changed and everything became all about meeting the professor at the train station.

hachikos story lived on even after his death. to this day people are learning about his story and are being touched by his loyalty. hachiko showed that is one's heart yearns to be somewhere or with someone, in order to be happy is to chase what you want..what you need. even though hachiko had no place to live and not a lot of food he kicked and pushed and ran on everyday to that one point in his life that made him happy. he lived the American dream, he defined it, he made it clear to everybody.

his life story, the people who were impacted by his story, some puzzles and videos to learn more about hachiko, and a movie poster.

I encourage you to read hachiko's story, once you do you will realize what you might have missed in reaching your "American dream."

                               thank you, Writer
